I think Quick Charge 2.0 and 3.0 really eliminates the need for extra batteries--especially now that they make portable battery packs with QC 2.0 built-in.

With that said, I'm still wary of battery integrity with constant use of QC 2.0. I use a regular wall charger or wireless charger at work and in the house. The only place I have QC 2.0 is in the car, the 10-30 minutes spent in the car getting from point A to point B should give my phone enough of a battery boost.
