When I was Silver (a few weeks ago), rows 1-2 on CE, 1-4 on domestic where usually blocked off till T-72... now they all unblocked for me. On my last domestic flight I've requested a seat for my companion (travelling on different PNR) - he's bronze, so rows 1-4 on domestic flight were blocked for him.
