The calculation for the CCB 939 promotion works out to be around $2.18=1AM, but that is using the Platinum or Eye card reward rate of 15 bonus points = 1AM. If you hold a CCB Premier Banking Visa Infinite card, the rate is 8 bonus points = 1AM (refer to

If my understanding is correct, then the same $12800 spending will give 12800 + 75000 = 87800 bonus points = 10975AM, which is an effective rate of $1.166=1AM.
This sounds too good to be true. Have I missed something ?
