I think the only FCAR with AWD is the Subaru Legacy, and even that's pretty rare in the fleet. It used to be Q4. If you need AWD, you should book an SUV; otherwise you will most likely get a FWD or RWD vehicle.

A PCAR will not give you any extra leverage, since an SUV is an upgrade from either.
