I'm with Citi since.
I had to call again to find anyone with any clue as where my "24h" application went after more than 10 days and 2 calls to their customer phone line.
It was rejected a second time, they just didn't bother to inform me.
I told UOB customer service, UBO card service and UOB credit services all the good things I think of their "service" and cancelled my application anyway. I hope they DO listen to their recorded customer service calls, mine could be used as an example on how to badly handle prospective clients.
UOB sounds like a completely clueless bank. Maybe a good move to avoid them entirely.
Citibank got an application email 5 minutes later.
