Then you have high-speed turn-off taxiways which exit the runway at a lesser angle e.g. 45 degrees and depending on the airport concerned normally permit speeds up to 50 kts (57mph).
Forgive my density here... but if you can taxi at up to 30 kt in a straight line, why would it be permissible to taxi at 50 kt in a 45 degree turn?

ETA: I think I get it... some manufacturers will suggest a specific limit, and airports may have different limits, which puts it up to the pilot to know the correct speed. Sorry, that shouldn't have been so complex.
