The JW in BKK has glass doors on the shower, true, but they have wooden doors separating the bedroom area (and the living room if a suite) from the bathroom so unless someone is "on the can" while you're showering you have privacy.
Consider it a test for romance:
The honey moon is over and romance a dying flower
When she comes in and takes a dump while you are in the shower.
