So basically, the rental car companies just have to ignore a claim in order to render the "premium" insurance useless.
Hmmm... not really sure I should keep paying for this insurance. Credit card rental car insurance seems to have become a racket, with all the various loopholes (no coverage if booked with a coupon or award rental, no coverage if car company won't provide logs, etc...)
