I appreciate the Hawaiian themed catering, but I feel that some of the items could be improved a bit presentation wise. For example, the tropical fruit appetizer with goat cheese scattered all over, the guava bread that reminded me of those black squid ink rolls in Japan, and the passion fruit ice cream that looks very "minimalist". The choice of snacks on the other hand is great.
