I sat in row 12 recently and noticed with row 11, even though there is is underseat storage for a few seats in that under row 10, the FAs make you put your stuff in the overhead bins. Apparently, it seems to be missing some under carpet raised bar that keeps your stuff from sliding backwards. Wonder why they didn't bother putting it in. It is right up there with wondering why they built bulkhead dividers that go all the way to the floor....
