I just received a letter from Capital One declining "my" credit card application. The problem is I didn't apply for any card from Capital One. I called Cap One and they said they will cancel the app and remove the credit pull.

What should I do? Freeze all three bureaus? This has never happened to me before. I've been home sick for a few days and having trouble thinking.
