Eat the Crisps, feel slightly guilty for [0.1 of] a nanosecond [because it's not supposed to be 'good' food], ignore the consequences of them and keep a Stiff Upper Lip [for a very short while and then make a post on FlyerTalk BAEC forum about it because I want to have some more!]
I honestly really liked those crisps on BA flight and could not resist posting about it.

That could be my version of post-crisp-eating therapy.
