Holding flights for connecting passengers.
I was to BGI a few weeks back.I left at 6:15 from YSB and arrived YYZ at 7:30.Had no problem making it for scheduled 8:15 departure.We left 45 minutes behind schedule.Pilot let us know why delayed.
Had it beeen me,And it well could have been,I would really have liked that.(especially with the weather we have all had recently)
