Recently wanted to ask ISM over to ask a question, the FA has no idea what "ISM" means. I went up to the blackcoat lady myself, and was surprised when she said she is "Senior Purser" and not ISM, and she never heard of ISM for KA. I could of swore KA used to call them ISMs.

Is this a recent change or has KA top-level in-flight always been Senior Purser and not ISM?
