Spoke to Aeroplan in London who called the Helpdesk for me. Apparently these certificates were sent in error to all European Aeroplan members who passed 70k miles last year. This certificate is in addition to the Europe-North America one. Although it was a mistake, they are allowing us to use them as per what is printed on them.
