Interesting as I had two dreams based at SFO last night - one was a non-fatal accident that seemed humdrum, and another where I was flying cross country and had forgotten to reserve a seat. When I found out I was in a middle seat I asked about a paid upgrade and decided to pay $497 to United even though that was crazy and I was responsible to kicking out the elite who had the seat.
