RThis is quite true. I am aware of people from pharmaceutical companies flying on AF and carriers other than AC in J class as AC refused to lower their fares and the other carriers were giving quite noticeable discounts. Result: Good for SE's to upgrade as there are more empty seats! AC is doing something right for the FFers flying overseas!!
