It's harder to get lost in T5A than it is in the tunnels. Once you're down there, it's quite easy to see where to go, and it's easily more pleasant (better lit, signed, travelator-equpped, etc) than the passenger tunnels from T3 to the Tube and Central Bus stations - hardly the utilitarian sewer tunnels that some portray them as.
