IME, it depends on the day. UA tends to fly a mix of Q400, E45 and 170s. While I don't doubt there are certain days which are close to all E45s, every time I've looked I've found a pretty good mix. But it's one of the things that I can get annoyed by on UA - same departure time on different days frequently have different aircraft - both mainline and express.
