If you are a member of airline Star Alliance carrier A's program, booked Star Alliance member B, and flew One World member C?
That never ever worked for me. More than once I was reminded that this is even against the agreement between the airlines. Only miles flown can be credited. ORCs are within the authority of a single carrier and its program.
OP will very, very likely not get anywhere with this.
