This is point for point where we (joint account, to get the $100 off both of our Citi Prestige cards) find ourselves today. But we also haven't yet been hit with the $30/month account fee, so I am loathe to write to them (yet) re our 40K TYPs (which have not shown up yet, either.)
Yeah, we're also hesitant to contact them because we haven't been charged the $30 monthly fee either. I remember seeing the 40K offer when we entered the promo code when signing up for the account. Maybe best to just wait it out...
