1. Stop using the term "ripped off." You were not ripped off. If you persist with the term and even the attitude associated with it when dealing with ET, you can expect absolutely nothing.
2. You were booked on ET and it is up to ET whether it will award you A3 miles for the reroute. You must make your claim to ET. Chances are that ET simply will never deal with the issue and there is nothing to be done about it. But, if you do not make the request, you have no chance. When you make the request, all you need to say is that your flight was delayed by 14 hours and you were rerouted. The rest of the story is irrelevant.
3. It's too late now for this flight, but as you are a frequent flier:
A. Always check flight status before heading out. Here, if you knew of the delay, you could have either waited or asked for the reroute without a fight at the airport.
B. Perks such as extra free luggage and lounge access are perks of your status, not of the ticket. If you fly another carrier, you won't get them.
C. When a reroute is in order, why on earth did you accept the OW reroute rather than asking for one on *A? I have no idea whether there was availability on the *A routings and it's out of the ordinary for carriers to reroute on other alliances when there is availability, but that's what happened and you said nothing. Why not?
You weren't ripped off.
