I had a recent stay and a couple things have changed. On the Club welcome letter it now says complimentary pressing of two items per stay, Mon-Fri. It says to give this note to "your butler".

Turn down service is included at the Club level.

And I can't recall if I saw this the last time, but it says you can have breakfast in the club or restaurant. I thought I'd give the restaurant a try to see if things have improved, but no, it is still pretty terrible. I should have stuck with the Club which was good as usual in the evening.

Otherwise the rooms are exactly the same as they were a decade ago. No changes, but no obvious signs of wear and tear so they must be good as maintenance.
