I'm not sure but we all know that DL has IT issues and lack of training with some reps.

What I would do:

after OLCI if it still hasn't cleared. Call and make sure you made it on the list.
As you're DM ask again at SkyClub. You can know your position on the list and make sure it's coded right.

Ask again if it hasn't cleared as you would be able to see on your app at the gate before boarding start so if it wasn't working you can pull up very number and they can do it there then given there are still space
