Thanks for an interesting post. I agree w/ your last sentence completely. If you want a TA's services, you should pay for them, they shouldn't be part of the ticket's price which everyone is charged (including those not using a TA). It ought to be like any other service industry (law, accounting, mgmt consulting ... ). tls
