oh you LUCKY poeple that can sleep on a plane! how fortunate. No can do here, very sound sleeper in any other situation, but sitting up (even a little) does not cut it for me.

I like 0524's way of traveling only flying west, as one arrives into NRT, KIX, BKK or SIN in the evening, then its transfer to the hotel, sleep for the night and wake up refreshed.
