I love AA's morning departures from JFK to LHR. I arrive at my Central London hotel around 10 p.m., take a taxi to the Ivy for a late dinner with a couple of glasses of wine, and am ready to curl up with a good book when I return to the hotel around 1 a.m. I wake up at 7 a.m. London time the next day and am reasonably refreshed for a day of work or fun.
