I believe that Kuwaiti airlines is a DRY airline ( ie no alcohol served on board)

As to Premium Economy, the olny choice appears to be (I could be wrong) is British airways to Singapore with ( World Traveller + @ 38in seat pitch)
Virgin offer Premium economy to Hong Kong but their partners Malaysian to KL and Singapore Airlines to SIN do not offer premium economy.

I think EVA Air fly LHR-Bangkok and offer the "Deluxe Economy".
