Tipping is a personal preference. I prefer not to judge others. (Albeit I don't like situations where I am a guest and the host does not tip when appropriate)

I tip primarily because, one, I can afford it, and more importantly it makes ME feel good. Moreover, it's appreciated by the recipient.
