The lower level walkway used to be viewed as staff only and many still think that is the case.

It is also Spartan to say the least and not user friendly. I too would say it is not recommended unless you know what you are doing and why you are doing it.

Not recommended is a world away from saying not allowed or forbidden, which would be misleading.
