Used it in September and it's a poor product after coming off a BP flight but better than sitting in economy.
Crew from LAX - RAR were fantastic and very helpful especially with meal choices and ensuring you had plenty of drinks. Seats are outdated and sleep is tricky, but dooable, but take a neck pillow with you as the pillow they provide you with is not enough imo.
Seat recline is a pain when getting up if the person in front of you has recined theirs to the fullest and can be a bit of a squeeze.
Flight time was about 9.3 hours and the entertainment system has plenty on offer.
The sooner they retire these planes and upgrade the product the better but at least they have a good safety record.
