You can do that with many items at a few places. The problem i have is i do not need or want to try and sell a best buy gift card. Sure you could go get a 3k tv at best buy and ask for a gift receipt and then before they deliver it cancel the order and take your gift receipt. The thing is selling that or even using it. I do not spend 3k at best buy in years or khols. Now if they took apple pay at wal mart or target i could take a gift card but to me it is not worth it.

Also the buying and resell thing to me is a huge time ordeal.

Now many might not value there time as much as i do but to spend hours buying stuff at staples and best buy then selling it on craigslist or ebay is not worth it.

Unless you get some black friday stuff and you will have to go fight the crowds since you have to pay in store. I am not going to do that.

Anyway for me it is just use AP at gas stations and such.

Now if you smoke Cigs (not me) go to a cheap place that takes AP and buy a cartoon heck buy like 10 of them if the cost is less then what you pay elsewhere -20%

My daughter smokes and i bought her some at Winn Dixie. There are many ways to spend a few K which to me is better then buying and resell cause to me my time is worth more to me then others.
