I am signed up for email alerts, text alerts, push notifications - given all of my contact details possible to BA website and ap. Nothing ever comes through from BA. Even when they cancel my flight.
Worldmate however tells me everthing thats going on.

I really like these IB messages. They even tell you to go towards the gate before boarding so you'll be there JIT before priority boarding.
I actually get the BA app messages but in my experience I get the push notification that the gate is open about 5m after it's on the screen and the notification that they are boarding mostly when I'm already on the plane.
