Seat 23F is the best in economy, with infinite legroom (actually about 6-ft), and underseat storage beneath 21F two rows ahead.

Note that 22DE also have storange under 21DE ahead. However, there is no underseat storage for 23A or 22BC due to the lavatory wall ahead (and aft-facing FA seat in the corner.
