that is the whole point. if they have a way to pinpoint gcs then ok. but what they are doing is total BS and i cant believe that people are ok with it.
My posts were simply about the general advisability of keeping receipts for such purchases.
If you made a non-GC purchase, no longer have a receipt, and Discover is refusing to pay cashback on it, then you have a legitimate complaint. Is that what happened?
