My infant daughter (6 months) was approved during a family interview. My wife and another child (4 yrs) old was also interviewed at the same time. Received approval emails for wife same day, while the approval email for 4 yr came in two days. Still no approval or no change of status online for the little one since the interview back in Sept, 15. I tried calling the local GE office (PHL) but no one is picking up the phone. I am dreading to go there by myelf (no plans of flying anytime soon).

any advice?

Update: resolved the issue after contacting online (see reply below) after almost a week after submission.
