I went from T3 to T1 to use the UP Train. I found that there is little information on how to get to any destination and the people working there and on the trains can't be relied on. I helped a person get to Sick Kids. It would be useful if they created some directional brochures for major destinations. I went to the Bloor station and there seemed to be only one Presto contact post (you have to hit it on the way out) - it's at the wrong end of the station if you are going to the TTC. The connection with the TTC is really a mess -I understand it might get better. The trip to Sick Kids was quick but the routing is not trivial - requires changing at St. George and so on. A simple solution would be a Google Maps screen and input at the UP station at T1 - and a printer. And I learned that the fare is less to Bloor than to Union.
