It amazes me how many people are defending the US airlines and their 2nd rate policy.

I would be interested in hearing your defence of the US cell phone rate plans that charge you for outgoing and incoming calls. The rest of the World only charges you for outgoing calls--and please do not come up with the weak arguemnt that if you can afford a cell phone you should be able to afford outgoing and incoming calls.
