I finally got my PIN via FedEx yesterday. (They tried day before yesterday as well, but I wasn't home.) Got into my online account and made my second billpay. Hope it posts before the statement on my card comes out, but it's not the end of the world if it doesn't.

No idea if it's true, but I wouldn't count on it. Better to err on the safe side. Also, if that's true, what about people like me who did a billpay before receiving the card? Does that not count?
