Seriously though, all one has to do is pick/book a suitable venue for a gathering with food options there or at a restaurant nearby and perhaps give folk the options (by links?) of things to do etc. and that will take care of itself on here.
Most will probably just come the night before/on the day and leave the day after the Do.
