I work at a downtown office building across from a major chain hotel. The hotel has windows that start about three feet off the hotel room floor and go up to the ceiling.

It's inevitable that some guy wearing his birthday suit looks out his hotel room window every morning. Since we are across the street and there is no sun glare, those of us at the office can see the guy looking out the window. (With our building's reflective glass, the guy can't see us.)

If I happen to look up from my desk at times, I see -- well, more than I want to.

Well, word is getting around ... naked men at 7:30. Women come by the window near my office to chat, sip coffee, and look out the window. One woman brought binoculars today to "bird watch."

So remember next time you get out of bed and take a morning look out the window: Big Brother may not be watching you, but half a dozen women are.

"Diet Coke break..."

With respect, what has this got to do with miles?

I would think it has everything to do with miles. I always walk around naked at Hilton thinking and planning about how to accrue and use miles and points

Ooops ... this has nothing to do with miles.

I meant to post in TravelBuzz (and will not be insulted if the Moderator moves this thread).

What, and women never do the same thing, or are they more modest?

I've, uh, been told that women do that too.

Anyone remember the football game, was it, where all eyes/binoculars were on a couple in a hotel room visible from the stadium? It seems like it was about 5-7 years ago.

You're so lost in thought trying to figure out a new earning scheme, you don't even notice you're naked. Very funny.

It was Toronto's SkyDome during a Blow Jays game.

I will leave the significance that they're called the Blow Jays to you guys to figure out.

It is, btw, against the law. Not trying to be the party pooper, but as an FYI in most places it's considered indecent exposure because it's in view of the public. I can recall a case where an aide to a lawmaker in VA was actually charged with an offense for this after someone in a neighboring building complained.

I'm not saying do it, or don't do it. I'm saying that in some places you can be arrested for it, so be aware when you dare to bare.

Why do you suppose the Trump International Hotel and the new Ritz-Carlton Battery Park provide telescopes in the guest rooms?

This kind of reminds me of an incident that I had with an airplane, an unlocked lavatory door, and a woman and her, um, um, um, toy.

I've done that, walking around my hotel room...

Would it be in poor taste if I tape a note on my window giving my room number, with a message asking for single women to call?

Funny how no one in our office in New Orleans ever complained when young ladies would sunbath topless at the Day's Inn pool next to our building. If you ever forgot your binoculars for the Saints game, you could always stop by the office and have your choice of any number of them stratigically placed in file rooms. Heck, there were times when you'd think the whole building was going to fall over due to sooo many guys checking out the babes! Do you think these girls ever expected that anyone would be watching from the high rise next door??? I knew there was something besides the food that I missed about NOLA.

I lived in a large apartment block with my girlfriend and a few weeks after moving in there the doorman pulled her aside and told her that the builders on the construction site next door were talking about a girl walking around nude in front of the windows while playing with her cleevage and that it was probably her. We investigated the matter and found out that there was a very cute exibitionist girl living slightly above us on level 6 (we were on level 4) and set the record straight.

Needless to say that my g/f was deeply shocked and offended by the doorman's comments but I couldn't resist looking up at level 6 every time I parked the car in the carpark next to the house to enjoy the live show.

Spider's story reminded me of another. When we were having our last house reroofed, I was the only one home when the team of guys who were tearing off the old shingles arrived. My husband was out bike riding and returned home without being seen by the guys on the roof. He jumps in the shower, which has a window above it that is just above a lower area of the roof. I'm hanging out in the bedroom nearby when all the sudden I see all these guys faces looking through the bathroom window trying to look into the shower. I never laughed so hard and heard anyone yell so loud once they realized they were trying to view my naked husband.
