For all its faults, I miss the Usairways website. I find it infuriating that it takes forever to ticket on AA.com and often you can't make a change online you have to call in.
Also, I don't like AAs unwillingness to make changes to tickets that were not purchased from them referring me back to the original TA.
Also, as many have said before, I miss Star Alliance.
