So because I did not check off the WestJet Vacations email notice request months ago, but did check off the other two in that category, does that mean I am not among those whose kits have been mailed out? I was status matched at the end of last year, flew a few WS flights, and have been receiving regular emails every few weeks.

Though if I understand the response to Swonder, one doesn't have to have checked all three of those boxes after all even though you initially said all three. Nor did I see these email registrations as "special offers" but authorizing you to send me certain notices I'd be interested in taking advantage of on a regular basis.

Suppose I will wait a while longer to see if Canada Post has been entrusted with my package...though if it doesn't arrive by this Friday I will be a grumpy flyer on my WS flight next Friday, since I'm flying AA down to the US on Monday morning, back to BC [in part] on WS.

Nothing in Friday's mail. Not a great incentive to keep booking and flying WS, knowing how I'll be feeling if I see an empty Plus seat next week.
