Not flying last segment of award ticket
Hello Everyone,

I recently booked an award ticket from Central America to NYC with a connection in CLT.

My plans have changed.

Going only to CLT and abandoning the (final) segment CLT to NYC is what I want to do.

Are there any repercussions in so doing? Eg. Is there a danger of AA saying I should have paid change fee or booked another award and then deducting miles from my account?
