iv. Once an active motion has received sufficient Yes votes for approval or sufficient No votes that approval is not possible, the Vice President/Secretary or the President shall post this fact in the public TalkBoard Topics thread announcing the vote and the President shall communicate that recommendation to the FlyerTalk Host for consideration and possible action.
