Does having to check all three boxes not contradict what is stated on the webpage you just linked, which indicates that you only need to be subscribed to WestJet Rewards and account updates?
Does mailing the packages out "by the end of last week" not mean that the October 31st promise was also untrue? After all, Canada Post isn't delivered instantaneously. Not to mention that the initial promise was Spring 2015, as many have already pointed out.
The inconsistent and contradictory information provided on this rollout to date has been incredibly frustrating.
In my case, to still be waiting on a welcome package 11 months after achieving status, when I've already completed almost all of this year's domestic travel, is quite simply a joke. If and when it does arrive, the January 31st voucher expiry will just be icing on the cake.
