All packages for guests who were Gold prior to July 9 were send in regular mail by the end of last week.

For those who achieved or were status-matched to Gold between July 10 and September 30, packages will be send by the end of December.

Those who achieve Gold at any time after September 30 will receive a welcome package approximately 90 days after achieving Gold.

If you have not received your package a week or two after the mailing date above, please first check that all three special offers and information boxes are checked on in your online account. (Go to personal info > communications, then scroll down.) Then, please fill in the form at http://www.westjet.com/guest/en/rewa...-welcome.shtml and we'll look into this for you.
