Now that INV is to have its LHR route re-instated next year I'd like to see the ABZ -LGW route return. So many BA flights to European, some US and Caribbean holiday destinations leave from LGW with more and more being added. At present the requirement to pick up luggage and transfer from LHR to LGW is a real pain. I'm sure there would be a welcome appetite for a BA ABZ - LGW connection for holiday purposes and also for many in the business community. The recent withdrawal of the Virgin service to LHR has also meant that BA flights to LHR have become extremely busy - even with the downturn in the oil price! Re-instatement of the LGW route would be welcomed by many.
