Hi all, I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to make sense of the China Eastern airlines baggage policy. I'm going to be flying from Shanghai to Taipei (on Shanghai Airlines), and I can't find anywhere if they consider that domestic or international. If it's domestic, I can't understand if the 20 kg restriction is for paid or free checked luggage (http://en.ceair.com/guide2/xlfw/t2013527_10311.html).

Does anyone have experience flying from mainland China to Taiwan?
