Over the weekend I called to complain I didn't get he debit card. The rep said he'll overnight me an ATM card since the account has to be opened 30days first before you get a debit card. So today I called again and ended up talking to the Gold Citi team and they said the regular Citi reps do NOT have the authorization to order debit cards. So they are overnighting one debit card however they said the pin is separate and I'd get it in about 5 days.
